These terms and conditions apply to online order where you must redeem a discount code as part of your online purchase

• To apply a discount code, you must enter it at the checkout page prior to online payment
• Discount code is only applicable to self-serve online order only. If your order is placed through our customer support unfortunately we cannot apply the discount code onto your order on your behalf
• Discount code cannot be applied to previously placed orders
• Discount code is valid for a limited time only as per specified in the email, can be used only once
• Discount code applies to normal price products only, exclude from sales, clearance, special items and shipping fees, or any handling charges
• The discount code is not transferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash
• If you return or exchange items purchased using a discount code, we will subtract the value of the discount code from your return credit

 

Happiness Idea reserves the right to void the transactions where prohibited and may update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
