Standard Shipping - we ship using J&T Express to West Malaysia, Poslaju to East Malysia
Cash on Delivery (COD) - we ship using DHL eCommerce Asia
Shipping costs range from RM6-RM10 depending on the shipping method you have chosen, it will be calculated during checkout, before the purchase is completed. For non-COD order, we offer free shipping on orders above RM100. No shipping charges apply to self collect at our warehouse based in Penang, appointment required
All orders will be dispatched out from warehouse within 1-2 working days (Please check our business hour). It usually takes 2 to 5 working days to arrived depending on the shipping method you have chosen. Please expect delay in delivery during festive season like Hari Raya Puasa or Chinese New Year.
For COD order, DHL deliver it anytime from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The delivery time is highly depends on DHL arrangement, all orders cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day
