For fully charge in 6 hours, 10000mAh power bank required 5v-2A (max) adapter. Lower quality cable and adapter would take 10-16 hours for fully charge. Cable issues will affect the charging speed or it may not working at all. Refer to user manual.

Tips to take care your power bank:

The power bank will lose a little bit of charge each month if it is not used. If a battery is in a discharged state for too long, it's lifespan can be significantly reduced, so try:

• Use your Power Bank regularly, minimum one full cycle every month if not used often
• Never store your Power Bank in a depleted state (store it around 50% charged for longer periods)
• Never operate your Power Bank in high humidity conditions and hot/direct sunshine
